Meet the Author

Jorge Luis Delgado, a modern Inca by birth and heritage, lives his beliefs. He firmly walks the spiritual path of the chacaruna, as well as the paths of husband, father, and businessman. In Inca tradition there is not a separation of the physical life and the spiritual life. His passion is to bring authentic Inca heritage, spiritual traditions and handicrafts to worldwide attention. Jorge Luis invites everyone to claim our common heritage as Children of the Sun and experience, by book or in person, the true Inca spirit at the very alive and vital Inca sites in Peru.
MaryAnn Male, PhD met Jorge Luis when she and her husband, Theron, traveled to Peru. They were so taken with Jorge Luis and the spiritual traditions of the Incas that they returned to journey with Jorge Luis to meet his teachers.
