    Couldn't put it down

    After hearing only the news provided in the US about this case, I wanted to read this book to see what another view was like. The Knox family is another family who feels they are 'entitled'. It was interesting to read about how they conducted themselves in the court room and around town. Also how their daughter acting in the court room. A lot of the information is from court documents and observations so that does lead to inference and opinion but the author does a great job of being non-biased. I would highly recommend this book.

    The Worst Drivel Ever Written!!

    This is a poorly researched and written book that is full of inaccuracies about this case. The overview says the book "reveals what really went on in this incomprehensible crime". The fact is the appeal judge, Claudio Hellmann, in his motivation report (written after he sets the defendant free) disputes what this author claims as "fact" in this book.

    The overview also claims that the Knox family "distorted the facts". The reality is the author seriously distorts the facts in this book. The appeal judge's ruling clearly shows that.

    I'd recommend anyone interested in the true facts of this case NOT read this book.

    IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A FACTUAL, NON-BIASED ACCOUNT, LOOK ELSEWHERE

    Barbie relies on hearsay, rumors and gossip to tell her story. She omits or ignores an embarassing number of extemely important FACTS to sway the reader to agree with her obvious opinion of Amanda's guilt.

    'Angel Face' chilling, riveting

    This story has been in the news for several years, given the sensational nature of the crime and the scandalous nature of the parties involved. This book offers a middle-road, measured retelling of the facts. It's engrossing, riveting and chilling. Highly recommended if you are a fan of true-crime stories.
