    Another great book

Another great book Contemporary, Paranormal, New Orleans, Louisiana

Azrael “Az” is a fallen Angel of Death. As such he is cursed to walk the earth in search of redemption. As he wanders the streets of New Orleans one night he finds a woman that is surrounded by panther shifters. Determined to protect this innocent he finally lets his simmering anger free and attacks the shifters.

Jade Pierce has spent years learning to survive and is most definitely not a delicate flower. Trying to escape from an ex-lover who refuses to let her go, Jade wonders if maybe she can use some supernatural help in her bid for freedom. So Jade plans some seduction to guarantee Az’s interest and passion in a course to get the help she needs.

This is another great book in a series that is proving to be completely different from most Fallen Angel stories readers would find out there. This series is also proving to be very addictive and sure to have readers dying to get their hands on the next Fallen Angel. The action is fast and intense in this series and while each book is proving that it can be read as a stand alone the reader would get a lot more enjoyment out of them by reading them in order. Readers will never look at Fallen Angels the same again after reading about these Angels. This is another wonderful story from an author that consistently delivers in her books. This is a must read.

Love Fallen Angels, plus Supes that definitely got my full attention!

Love how Eden put all sort of supernatural characters in these series. It meshed perfectly in my opnion. Her own world she created, with all sorts of powers different species have. It is not just a love story, it gives you want you want too. Sexy connections. Az fighting death Angel Bastion, in order to save the one her loves from dying at Bastion's touch. Heck, I would tear through the book if it was 500 or even a 1,000 pages. That is how much I enjoy her fallen angel series.

ANGEL IN CHAINS by Cynthia Eden is an exciting Paranormal Romanc

ANGEL IN CHAINS by Cynthia Eden is an exciting Paranormal Romance set in New Orleans. #3 in "The Fallen" series, but can be read as a stand alone, with re-appearing characters. See,"Angel in Darkness",and "Angel Betrayed". Another amazing story by this author. Follow,Azrael,Angel of Death and Jade Pierce,on a journey of danger, and fate. Filled with danger, angels, shapeshifters, survival, passion,a powerful witch, the Angel of Death, evil forces, choices,a prophecy, and seduction. As usual Ms. Eden has written a story for the ages with powerful characters, and an intriguing plot. As "The Fallen" series continues,it just grows better and better with each new book. "Angel in Chains" is Azrael's story. The big question is rather Azrael can keep Jade from her ex boyfriend clutches and keep her safe without destroying himself in the process. Ms. Eden is a talented storyteller. Paranormal readers as well as romance readers will not be disappointed.A powerful, sexy, dark, paranormal with a few twists. If you have not read "The Fallen"series pick up a copy I would suggest you do, you will not be disappointed. Received for an honest review from the publisher.

Angels who are not afraid to go to HELL and back for their girl!!!

I love any book that Cynthia Eden writes. I usually choose her vampire
or wolf books. This was the third book in her angel series. I liked this one the best so far and look forward to book number four. Her heroes are what every girl would want, but I also like that the women
in her books are strong and capable of kicking some bad guy .....

An excellent addition to the series!

Azrael had been the head honcho of the Angels of Death until he Fell. Now, he wants redemption so he can go back to the Heavens and not deal with all the pesky emotions that come with being a Fallen. When he comes across a human woman in a dark alley being surrounded by panther shifters he thinks he might have found his ticket home. Save her and be redeemed. However, things aren’t going the way Az expected.

Jade Pierce has been running from her psycho ex-boyfriend for years. He’s a panther shifter and he always ends up finding her. Staying ahead of him is wearing her down and she needs to find a way to kill him or she’ll never have peace. When the stranger steps into the alley and kicks the crap out of the panthers who wanted to take her back to Brandt, she thinks she might have finally found someone who could help her rid the Earth of Brandt forever. She decides to do whatever it takes to persuade the hot powerful stranger to help her, but with both using the other, attraction burning out of control and a prophecy foretelling of Az’s destruction of the world will they survive what is coming?

Another home run from Cynthia Eden. I loved Az’s story. I wasn’t sure how Az, who was a bit of a villain in the other two books, would make a great hero, but I shouldn’t have worried. How do you keep the most powerful Fallen from bringing about the world’s destruction? With an unlikely hero. I will say no more, but one character that I found intriguing, but didn’t particularly like, might just have changed my opinion of him. Maybe. Possibly. We’ll just have to see.

Well-written, fast action, great plot, twists & turns, excellent characters, nasty psychotic villain, steamy sex and an ending I didn’t see coming made for an awesome read. I’m in for the next book 'Avenging Angel' due out May 28th.

This series is very addicting. Az and Jade are amazing together. They initially start their relationship off with white lies. They are both using each other to gain something that is equally important to each other. Every chapter of this book was amazing but the ending literally has you on the edge of your seat. I absolutely love this series. Cynthia Eden always does a fantastic job. I can't wait to see more from her.

I love paranormal romances with a dark hero and a kick ass heroine!! This book was fantastic!!  I have not read the first two books in the Fallen series, but it did not stop me from thoroughly enjoying this book.  This is a stand-alone book.  I did not feel as if any pieces of the story were missing.  This is a fast paced story with tons of action, lots of interesting characters, sizzling sex scenes, suspense and lots of twists and turns throughout the book.    I loved all the characters and how they interacted with  each other.  The chemistry between Az and Jade was amazing!  You will not be able to put this book down.

This review was first posted at Reading Between the Wines! Holy

This review was first posted at Reading Between the Wines!

Holy Moses on the mountain! I forgot how much I loved Cynthia Eden's books until I read Az and Jade's story. Can I please have my own Az to debauch? Pretty please? No? Ugh. Anyways, I should start out by saying that I have not read the first two books in this series. (Bad Crystal!) That being said, I didn't find it necessary to keep up with what was happening. We start off with Az rescuing Jade from three viscous panther shifters in an alley, and the action is like kapow! Az kick-eth butt-eth. As a fallen Death Angel, Az can kill with a touch, so he's a damn dangerous dude. He's pissed as hell that he's stuck on Earth, aggravated at having to deal with all of these emotions that are forced on him, and all he wants is to go home to heaven.

His brother Sam is nothing but a pain in his butt, and Sam's girl Seline says he has to do something to earn his way back into heaven. After learning this, he stumbles onto Jade's situation. He's fascinated by the idea that for once, he doesn't have to stand idly by while an innocent is murdered, waiting for his death touch so that their soul can move on. No, this time, he can help, so he does. Saving Jade from the shifters. What he finds after-wards is that Jade is one hell of a temptation. The only one he's found interesting to give into to touch, taste, and try out sin for a change.

Jade has problems. Or at least one problem. This crazy Alpha panther shifter named Brandt who says she's his mate, and he makes her life a living hell. She's been on the run from him for years, but it's all starting to catch up to her, and she knows that now, more than ever she needs help. Enter Az. The sexy kick ass angel could be her solution if he can get close enough to Brandt to use his kill touch. But while they go through crazy shifters, horrifying prophecies, betrayals, and lust, will they come out on the other side alive? And if they do live through everything, will Az choose heaven over her? And if Az does choose her, is she selfish enough to let him stay and give heaven up forever?

Loved this book! Loved, loved, loved it, and now I have to go buy the first two books cause I'm dying to read Az's brother, Sam's story. Five wine glass toast, and let's just all have naughty thoughts about debauching Az, shall we? *happy sigh*

OMFG! I have been waiting forever for this book! I have read about the other two smexy angels, Keenan and Sam, but Az's book is the one I've been waiting for. OMG! It was freaking amazing! My heart broke for Az and Jade so many times but I have to admit I was kinda jealous over their relationship because I want Az for myself! hehehehe XD It was fab to see Sam, Seline and Beelzebub again but it was a shame not to see Keenan and Nicole, perhaps next time? There are so many twists and turns in this book that had me crying for 15 minutes (I'm sure Cynthia knows which one I mean) and shouting at my Kindle, "How could Cynthia do that?!?!?!?! That is just sooooo mean!" I would say that while crying but then I stopped once I noticed it was just a trick. So I relaxed and got back into the book.

I defo give this book a 1000000 out of 1000000! :D I really can't wait for book 4 and I can't help but wonder who it will be about!

This was my first Cynthia Eden read and I was not disappointed!

This was my first Cynthia Eden read and I was not disappointed! It was a fast paced read and the action was pretty much non stop from the first page. I enjoyed this perception of the paranormal world, where usually the vampires and werewolves are mostly against each other, the hero/heroine came together for their HEA although from opposite ends of the paranormal world. I will be continuing this series as long as she writes it!

I was really excited waiting for this third installment of Cynth

I was really excited waiting for this third installment of Cynthia Eden's The Fallen series. Why? Because we'd caught many glimpses of Azrael in the first two books and he was, literally, THE hotter than HOT Angel of Death, the leader of the Death Angels. He had attitude, even though angels aren't supposed to feel emotion, he had ISSUES galore and he just screamed alpha bad-ass male!
With that said, I was NOT disappointed by Az's story in Angel in Chains. He and Jade were both using each other at the beginning and the falling for each other happened gradually. The Other supernaturals that they battled were wicked, intense and the SEX was just what you expect from a Cynthia Eden book - HAWT!
If you haven't read this series - get on it. You won't be disappointed.
Now, author - please say there will be a fourth???
