This book took me a couple a chapters to warm up to but once I did I really got enthralled in the story. I have read a lot of Crosby s books and love how she is able to transport the reader. This is not my favorite book by this author but It was still a really good book. I don't think Crosby is capable of writing a bad story. The Silver Wolf is a serious alfa male and Christen is a young damsel in distress. Nice romance!

This is my first book by this author. The book is about 220 pages x two because the page numbers do not change each time. The male is an Alpha male and the female is fiesty. The romance is very good. The story is set in the 1100's. There are some sad scenes and some loose ends like with Aleuth. But i do recommend this author.
