This book is the 3rd in a series about a woman lawyer in LA who is among the first women to become lawyers, and has to fight against that prejudice and work hard to establish her reputation as an honest Christian as well, I highly recommend this book series, but make sure to read them in order!!

This series opened a whole new door for me. I loved the period setting, the "name dropping" and the honest integrity of the main character. Even though lawyers and crime are not normally an interest of mine, this book was done very well. It proved to be most enjoyable and held my interest completely.
