I was afraid these would be as bad as the Buffy, Season 8 comics that are currently running, but they're thankfully not. The Angel Omnibus has great art and even greater plot lines (it's partly a continuance of the story and yet not at the same time -- hard to explain unless you've read it!). The character sketches in the middle were a creative addition to the story line, and the variety of artwork keeps each story fresh and unique for the reader. These are a must-read for Angel fans, especially if you've been burned by the Buffy, Season 8 comics series.
