Syntery Landry was the lead singer of the Lan-Divas and a smart successful woman not to mention that she was an undercover agent. She is a wife, a mother and a Breast Cancer survivor.
She has a degree in business management and was a retail manager for more than thirteen years, before resigning to spend more time with her family. A couple of years later her world was turned sideways when she was diagnosed with breast cancer.
With her wonderful husband and children at her side she was able to get through the painful surgeries, many grueling months of chemo and radiation treatments as well as the turmoil of emotions. Thankfully she found tranquility in her writing. Being blessed with a second chance at life as well as a new found sense of determination, and with the encouragement of her family she began to live her dream.
Now as she lives her dream of writer, her passion is to consistently and continually develop new characters and storylines that her readers can enjoy. She is focused on writing about strong, determined and passionate multicultural women. She plans to continue her career as a writer for as long as her creative mind allows her to and her readers continue to read her work.
In her spare time she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, watching Asian Dramas and reading books by some of the wonderful writers that inspire her. She also loves to read the many emails she receives from her readers.
