This set of books would have gotten a 5* rating if i hadnt payed six dollars for such short books. The story was engaging and left me wanting more. Many avenues left unexplored.

This was a fast paced read, catching up on what happened to Nikki at the end of book two, and garnering all the evil vs good it could for an insane battle for humanity and earth. Most of it I liked very much but some of it didn't click with me, hence the 4 star not 5. Still, I enjoyed the whole ride, including finding out who Nikki and Blane really are, and Tyras showing a spark of humanity while wondering why. All in all I enjoyed this series very much, the POV from all the characters made for a well rounded tale and they blended nicely.

I really enjoyed this book, blew right thru it in fact. The storyline that carried over along with the new plotlines made for a very interesting read. I've found that both series from this author have had a writing style and sets of characters that make them easy to recommend.
