    Truely An Awsome Book!

I am currently in an emotionally abusive relationship and have been for five years, slowly stepping out of it. It wasnt until a year ago I put all the pieces together of what had been going on. I was told I was loved and I believed things truely would get better as time went on. Physical abuse IS NOT the only type of abuse. There is 21 forms of abuse. Many over look details in their relationship and think it's normal, when really it's not. I researched for books on abuse and found this one by Paul Hegstrom through my local library. I am so glad I found it because it validates my concern of emotional/verbal abuse that had been going on. I would deffinetly recommend this book for anyone who is abused, who knows someone who is, a pastor, a counselor, anyone who wants to know more, even the abuser themself, etc. ANGRY MEN AND THE WOMEN WHO LOVE THEM not only teaches about signs of abuse, it goes deep into the abusers life style and their childhood and also what a healthy relationship should consist of. I would also recommend Paul Hegstroms website he works through and talks about in his book, www.lifeskillsintl.org You will not regret getting this book, trust me:)
