In the first, a lamb plays with new friends on the farm. In the second, a curious cat wanders away from his sleeping mother in search of something fun to do. In the end, both animals return to their mothers. Copyright 2002 Cahners Business Information.

The book is covered in a white fuzzy material meant to resemble the woolly coat that one might find on a lamb, the face of which is stitched on the front cover. There is even a short fuzzy tail on the back cover. The story tells of Little Lamb's desire to explore and make new friends. She tries galloping with the pony, but that doesn't work, and wallowing in the mud with Pig just makes Little Lamb's coat dirty. Duckling invites Little Lamb for a swim, but that is not much of a success either. Mamma calls and Little Lamb heads back for a nap. The small furry patch on Little Lamb's side is great for those who have not already suffered from tactile overload.     Soft, educational,fun

    The snuggle series lamb book is adorable, our thirteen month old loves this and all the others too she likes to carry them around and snuggle with them. Nice soft lamb coat cover. A must have.
