Annabel Karmel also relates the truth about fast foods, which are often high in calories but low in nutrients and use inferior products.
The consultant nutritionist for this title was Dr Margaret Lawson, who is the senior lecturer in Paediatric Nutrition at London's Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children. The author has also written "The Complete Baby and Toddler Meal Planner".
