Annie [Original Soundtrack]

Editorial Reviews

All Music Guide - Stephen Thomas Erlewine
The soundtrack to John Houston's movie adaptation of the Broadway blockbuster Annie is fitfully entertaining, featuring good versions of "Tomorrow," "It's the Hard-Knock Life," and "You're Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile." Even though the glossy production sounds good and most of the vocalists sound good, the soundtrack isn't as consistent or rich as the original cast recording.

    Poor Customer Service

We ordered this album for our daughter for Christmas knowing it was out of stock for 2 weeks. Then we received an email stating that it was still out of stock and that it would be for another 30 days. It is now the end of January with no information on our order, and a four-year old who is very upset.

    Catchy

A great CD for all those who love the play ''Annie,'' however not for those who enjoy the more original version.
