Understanding Anorexia at A Deeper Perspective

Because of this book, I understood anorexia at a deeper perspective. I used to think that anorexia is just something that people use to brand someone who is super skinny. After reading this book, I realized that Anorexia is more than just a skinny appearance. It is all rooted from a lot of psychological issues.

    Recommended!

My sister used to suffer from Anorexia. I was younger back then. I never really understood what happened to her and why she became so thin. After reading the book, I was able to understand what really happened to her. I even gave her the book after reading it. This book is worth sharing!

    Insightful Read

As a former anorexic who now suffers with osteoporosis, I was anxious to read the chapter about the relationship of the two diseases. The book didn't disappoint. I gained insight on my condition and the book inspired me to go out and try to help younger women.

    Anorexia Should not be overlooked.

I once had a friend who suffered from this disease. She was horribly skinny. Her body was just skin and bones. I recommended her this book after I had read it. Now she's not just eating but she's gaining weight as well. Those who are suffering from this disease I recommend it because your important to.
