Anselm of Canterbury is one of those figures in history who, if he's lucky, gets maybe an entire page in a philosophy book, or a book on midieval history. This is probably because most people don't like to read works written in the midieval style. I think Anselm, though, is worth the trouble of deciphering. He has some very interesting ideas about the Devil and of God, and his beginning invocation of his Proslogian is extremely beautiful. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
