    Well worth it!

Recipes are easy to follow and taste good. I like the way the recipes say what type of cancer that it should help to prevent. Anything we can do to prevent that disease is well worth our while.

    Excellent cookbook for anyone!

The recipes are delicious and are rated according to their anti-cancer properties. They are not, however, limited to cooks with cancer concerns. The recipe for eggplant caponata is scrumptious!
