Antiglare Screen Film Kit 2.2 out of 5 based on 0 ratings. 30 reviews.

This is a terrible product. It took me about 20 minutes to get the film to line up properly on the device (difficult because of the front camera opening) and get most of the air bubbles out as specified in the directions. Then, when I removed the 2nd protective film layer (as instructed), multiple LARGE bubbles appeared between the screen protector and the device screen. Tried it with both sets of film provided with same problem. Don't waste your money on this garbage product.

I am very disappointed with the kit. I even had one of the associates at the store put it on my tablet and she could not get it on without dust and misalignment. I tried with the second protector after I got home and did a little bit better but it is not aligned perfectly so it does not adhere at the edge.

don't waste your money, it doesn't work....

This item doesn't deserve even 1 star! It does NOT reduce glare, it scratches very easily and is impossible to apply without bubbles can't be removed. Don't waste your money.

I fancy myself a tech savvy guy and have placed multiple anti-glare and protective screens on multiple devices and this product I have to say is by far the worst I ever encountered. I ended up buying two packages thinking I originally got a bad batch. It turns out the whole screen protector is a bad batch in of itself. You can take the Nook out of the box and place the screen (like I did) and still wind up with bubbles caused by tiny dust particles. Second time I installed it I cleaned the surface, used an airduster to blow any loose items from it and cleaned the screen again and somehow I still managed to get large air bubbles with tiny specs of dust in them. I do not recommend this product at all and hopefully will find a better alternative.

I have to say I do not agree with the other reviews. This is my 2nd nook that I purchased about 2 weeks ago P.S. after my husband surprised me with new tablet different co. that returned I went with the galaxy. I purchased the screen protected and the sales ass. put it on for me no questions asked. no bubbles etc. same with my first nooyou have to have patience putting them on BUt they do work I don't even use case. I do have the neo sleeve to transport it but for using I am comfortable with the screen protector I give the tablets and accessories from B&N a 10 plus.

Totally bad product. Can't apply the film without bubbles.

I've applied many a Nook tablet protection screen film, and it's not the product, per se, that's "bad" - it's the application process! You have to be very careful. These are the steps I took when applying this product to my Nook. 1. Do NOT set the Screen Protector on a table, or really any other potentially dusty flat surface. I set mine on the box. It was fine. 2. Follow the directions to the 'T' when taking off the protection sheets to the protection film. 3. Line from the bottom up, using the home button, not the edges as a guideline. I tried the edges first when applying mine and it misaligned the first try. So I adapted. 4. Use a credit/gift card when smoothing on the film. This pushes out any air bubbles that might pop up as you're applying it. There's no "bad" product here. Just a certain way to apply it, like all other protection films.

Total waste of money....there is no way to get all the bubbles out. The film is extremely thin.

I can agree with all complaints on how difficult it was to apply! It took me forever to finally get it to work, but I also still have minor bubbles in the corners! Once it's on it is a good product, the challenge is not throwing the nook across the room during installation!,

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this. I don't consider myself to be an expert but after dealing with antiglare protectors on several tablets and phones I'm not a novice either. For $20 bucks I thought I was getting a somewhat decent antiglare film but these things are nothing more then garbage. They do not stick to the screen which caused them to come off with with little ease. And even when aligned correctly and using a hard edge to press while applying it to the screen the amount and size of the air bubbles are unheard of. This was nothing more then a waste of money.

I had a screen protector on my Nook tablet which worked well. My husband bought me the Samsung Nook for Christmas along with the screen protectors. It is a terrible product and a waste of money! The air bubbles are impossible to remove and show through ever so slightly when reading a book...a constant distraction. If I could give zero stars, that would be my rating.

These are terrible.  The smudges produced within seconds of swiping are not only a nuisance, but they don't completely wipe off.  Trying to get these on without bubbles is impossible!  I returned to the store and requested a manager try to do it.  She went through 2 packs (4 films) and gave up.

i see most of the reviews are from a while ago, so maybe the have improved the product, but I had no problem putting this on. But I didn't when I first purchased by devise well over a year ago. The original one was starting to come off, but it had been through a lot these past few months, so I don't fault the product. One reviewer suggested starting from the bottom and working upward. That worked very well. Using a credit card, all bubbles were smoothed out and it is working perfectly.

Don't waste your money like I did! This was impossible to place without major bubbles underneath. I gave up and threw them away!

Not sure what all the fuss is about with this Screen Protector Film. I literally received this today and applied it lickety-split, no application issues, no bubbles. It took me all of 3 minutes from opening the package to fixing it in place. Very pleased with this product, for those who are on the fence about it, don't be , it's realy not at all difficult to apply.

I would never go without protecting any device without a screen protector no matter how hard or easy it is to put on a device. Over the years we are now pros at putting them on. Always clean the device first with approved cleaner then immediately put them on illuminating the dust. Never pull off the whole screen protector to put on it wont align and follow the directions...they actually work! It is time consuming but well worth the effort. The screen protectors have kept my screens good with all my nooks preventing damage to the screen.

My screen protectors work perfect. The people leaving bad reviews obviously do not have a clue on how to apply such screens.

I have used many self applied protective screen covers over the years, this one is pretty much the same with the exception being that it is the largest I have ever applied. It performs as advertised no more no less. You need to take your time, read the instructions and have the device on a flat stable surface in a well lit area. It's not rocket science. Probably a little more expensive than it could be, especially for only two sheets.

I don't understand the bad reviews either.  I bought my Samsung Nook and screen protector last October, put the screen protector on myself.  Yes, there is a couple bubbles, but they are on the a bottom corner and below the home button, so they are not a problem.  I just got back from a week at the beach where I read my Nook in full sun, with no problems.  Very impressed with this protector.

Having installed the protective cover on other nook's, this one was a disaster. So why, well, it is made almost exactly to size. Couple this with the lip around the device, centering so that there is no overlap - top - bottom - sides the results are air bubbles. Make it slightly smaller - .032/.062 on width, height, and button cutout, you will have a cover which will work. As it stand, I would recommend not spending the money.

I used to work at Best Buy and have no issues applying these screen films. Im not sure why therre are so many negative reviews on here. Most people dont bother to take the time to clean the screen beforehand which causes bubbles. Just saying...

I have to agree with most of the previous ratings. I never had a problem with the screen protectors on all the previous nooks I've owned. When I got the Samsung nook for Christmas my son spent almost 30 minutes trying to get in on without any major bubbles. Proved impossible. I will try to find a replacement on Amazon. Just hate the waste of good money.
