Antique Trader Pottery and Porcelain Ceramics Price Guide

Twenty bucks and what an encyclopedia of information! I love the concept that the EXPERTS provide the information in their respective areas of expertise. Great book! Love the section on Limoges and Flow Blue. Only recommend more marks! (For Limoges see DuBay's trilogy.)

Great Value! Great Concept! Ask the expert!

As a porcelain collector I love this easy to read, easy to use, inexpensive reference book! The experts contributed so I know I have updated information. The experts are acknowledged in the beginning of the book (with contact info) so I was able to contact them directly with additional questions. I sold a Limoges Punch Bowl that I thought had a value of a couple hundred dollars to Limoges Antiques Shop in Andover, MA for several thousand and I was thrilled.

Antique Trader Pottery and Porcelain Ceramics Price Guide

Great book but I would suggest the next time they include marks. For example, I purchased this book to find basic Limoges marks, but the book didn't include any marks. I did find www.limogesantiques.com thanks to this book.

    WONDERFUL Reference guide on porcelain!

Purchased this book after meeting Ms DuBay, author of Living With Limoges, Antique Limoges at Home and Collecting Hand Painted Limoges Porcelain, Boxes to Vases in Dallas Texas. Fabulous book for the money, great price guide and nice black and white photos. If you want a general guide I highly recommend this book! If you want more detail, specifically on Limoges suggest author Debby DuBay.

Antique Trader Pottery and Porcelain Ceramics Price Guide

Great concept! The Antique Trader Editors collaborated with the experts having them write on their particular area of expertise. The result is THE BEST OVERALL VALUE GUIDE on the market for 2004!! To mention two areas, the Haviland, hand painted porcelain and LIMOGES sections are fantastic. Authors, Travis and DuBay are THE experts and this book is a great price guide. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
