I've gone through lots of books like this, but none of them even begin to compare to this one!!! It's co-authored by the man that INVENTED Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, so it's much more accurate and to the point. I have learned things about myself from doing this that I never could figure out before. If you like the CBT approach and want to reduce anxiety, or if you have a patient/client that would benefit from CBT, this is the book for you!!!
