After suffering from at least 8 years of constant fear and worry, and having been forced to reject the nonsensical approaches advocated by pop psychology, I have finally been cured of my fear. I had no idea that there could be a day, or even an hour, when I was not in a semi-state of panic, or that a day would not pass without a full-blown panic attack. Well, I was wrong. Dr. MacArthur gives a complete and thorough study of every aspect of the Scripture that applies to the sin of fear and worry, and gives a rock-solid foundation for delivery from this paralyzing state of mind. The book could not have been more studied, more thorough, more compassionate or encouraging. If you are a worrier or panicker, please don't waste time ordering this book.
