Very helpful to understand and help my first grader with Anxiety.
I have to re-order this book again since my friends keep taking it from me! I use so many of these tools daily to help manage the worries of my child. Now I am ready to have my child read the child section while I can read the parent section. It is obvious that Dr. Zucker has really taken a two way approach to helping children with their parents help and understanding themselves.
