Want a NOOK? Explore Now
She never met a man like him before, a powerful billionaire who always gets what he wants. Now she’s about to enter an exclusive world of glittering opulence and all-consuming passion—where she’ll explore the darkest reaches of her own desire.
Lucy Delacourt's office temp position isn't quite her dream job but it pays the bills...barely. The highlight of her day is riding the elevator in the mornings with a handsome stranger. Tall, dark, and sexy as hell, Lucy knows he's way out of her league, but a girl can look, right? Everything changes the day the stranger seduces her. Completely out of character, she yields without a fight, but she has no idea her wanton acts with a man whose name she doesn't know will change her life forever. Because the sexy stranger is none other than Jeremiah Hamilton, billionaire CEO of Hamilton Industries, and one taste isn't nearly enough to satisfy his need.
Don't miss the other installments of the scorching serial novel Anything He Wants: The Contract (Part 2), The Secret (Part 3) and The Rescue (Part 4) and The Betrayal (Part 5) available now!

Book has good story line but each installment is only 60 or less pages long at $2.99 each! On top of that the ending in book 5 is a cliff hanger. I am sorry I wasted my money and you will be too!!!

This is not a book. All 5 of the "books" equal one book, barely. Then the story is not finished by the end of the 5th one. Will not buy another short, very short, story by this author.

A little disappointed in the amount of money i have put into these short reads. I bought all five thinking getting a good deal but i was so wrong. It has potential but author needs to make some changes to the way she is going to be releasing her books in the future. I love to read and dont mind paying for a good book but give me substance for my money. This was seriously lacking that substance.

Not worth it. To few pages to develop characters or a story line.

Is this the new trend, release a few chapters at a time and charge too much for each section?
It's not even like a series with a cliffhanger between books, this is just a few chapters and not all that original or interesting. Not worth the total cost of all the parts.

Miss Fawkes is a inventive writer. Although Anything He Wants is a short story it is jammed backed with everything you would want. Be prepared though, once you start you will have to keep reading this series.

Not all women fantasize about being violated or taken against their will. Books like these make it seem like women are quivering masses of sexual repression just waiting to be freed by a dominating man. I love the fantasy of surrendering control as much as anyone, however, having that fantasy does not mean it needs to be portrayed like a weakness.

Since this book was only 25 pages, I really don't have much to say. At this point, the story isn't anything I haven't read before. It's basically an introduction to the characters and the series. In order to get a really good feel for the characters, I may need to read the next book in the series.
Lucy starts working as a temp. Everyday she sees a hot guy, but feels like he's out of reach. Well one day, said handsome stranger approaches her in the elevator and fulfills a fantasy. That same day, he grabs her in the parking garage, where they have some public garage sex. After that, they go their separate ways for the evening. The next day, Lucy shows up to work and gets called upstairs to the executive offices. Low and behold....it's the handsome stranger.
While the plot lacked originality SO FAR, the sex was in fact pretty steamy. The elevator scene was pretty hot and even the garage scene was tempting. Jeremiah is definitely an aggressive/alpha type male and I dig that. It's a turn on for me for sure.
There are five books in the series. Each book looks like they are novella sized books. St. Martin's Griffin Publishing is releasing all five books in an omnibus at the end of this month. I think I will continue the series to see what happens. It looks like the plot becomes a bit more suspenseful. We shall see if it can hold my smutty attention or not.

Shame on Ms. Fawkes for selling the book in parts. Must everyone these days rip off 50 shades? Won't buy anymore by this author including the rest of this story on principle.

But if you preview this and like it, purchase the series instead of part 1 the meeting. Get the collection.
