It didn’t take long for me to realize that I was actually looking forward to those gym days more and more. When I got up in the morning, I no longer thought about what appointments I had to schedule, what meetings I had to set up with the staff, or any of those sorts of things. Then one day, everything changed. It had started off like any other day. These sorts of days always do, I find. I got up, got dressed, went to work and did my workout.
