I have a Bachelors degree and was still unable to fully grasp the APA writing style. I often wondered 'why do we have to adopt this style of writing'. It wasn't until I was introduced to, and purchased the handbook, that I was able to understand and learn the importance the'APA' writing stle. The handbook layed it out for me...!
