I am severely disabled & bought this for my service dog & the app. developer NEVER responded to my URGENT PLEA for help & Directions. I used my very limited disabilty income to buy this & was super-excited to do this w/my service dog as I am severely disabled, dying if a late-stage disease that's excruciatibgly painful 24/7.... and am bedridden 24/7 . I was soooo excited to find this app for my therapy pup and I to do together as something positive and therapeutic and happy. I painfully (not easy for me to use my hands/fingers/arms) wrote you....the developer for detailed diections , especially how to save their art that your app. Sales-pitch promises it saves their work on your nook tablet. I have "nooks drawing pad app" & love it & it saves it all & I would cove it 10++++ stars if I could. Check your emasils where you asked for questions and feedback and write me back. I'm super disappointed in your app and especially your lack of custumer service of someone very I'll & dying asking you for help so she can do something fun with her service dog together....I waited to hear back from u ample time before scoring/rating your app. But since you had NO courtesy nor kindness nor professionalism to help someone who supported your app & bought it, I am rating it now.
PLEASE WRITE ME BACK AT THE INFO I SENT YOU TO YOUR EMAIL AND ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS. I will then re-consider re-rating you. If I don't hear back from you, I will file a formal complaint to NOOK/B&N CORPORATE against your app.
