Susan Smith Kuczmarski is an expert on values-based leadership. For more than three decades she has conducted innovative leadership programs, taught at seven universities, worked for three nonprofit organizations, including the United Nations, and cofounded the innovation-management consulting firm Kuczmarski & Associates. She currently teaches at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Tom Kuczmarski is the founder, senior partner, and president of Kuczmarski & Associates.
