I found that this book was good for overpreparing someone for the ARRT exam. A lot of extra material and detail was included in this study guide that was not covered in the actual examination. The Mosby book was a better representation of the ARRT examination. If you are the worrying type, then I would recommmend this book as it will over prepare you for the exam. Otherwise, Mosby is your better bet.

I was nervous about taking the registry so someone told me about this review book; it REALLY helped! Easy to understand, and CD helped me understand what the registry would be like. I recommend any student hesitant about taking the registry to buy it.
