    More Than A Cookbook!

This book is great for the novice all the way to the professional chef. The recipes in this book are delicious and best of all, easy to prepare. This book is ideal for people living in other regions of the country who want to try Mexican cuisine and learn about the culture from which this special book originates. This cookbook is the cookbook that gives you more. There are exciting stories of tales and myths, cultural history, and more. In addition to the Mexican dishes there are also many scrumptuos American recipes. Hats off to these terrific authors, Teresa Cordero-Cordell and Robert Cordell. An Outstanding book, indeed!
