Well-written and very informative how-to book.  I am new to gardening and didn't really know what to expect from this ebook.  I found that it answered my questions and fulfilled my curiosity perfectly.

I have always enjoyed gardening, but currently live in an apartment in the city where I have no place to plant—not even a balcony. I had heard of aquaponic gardening as a way to garden indoors, and bought this book to learn more. It is the perfect step-by-step guide for someone building an aquaponic garden for the first time. It answered all of my questions along the way, and gave great insight on tips and tricks, and ways to make my aquaponic garden unique to my needs. I love the thought of having both fish and a garden at the same time!

Out of 31 pages, the first 10 were explaining why Aquaponics was a good idea. Guess what, the buyer of an Aquaponic book makes that decision before buying the book. You wasted a 1/3 of the book convincing the reader of something they already decided was true. With only 3 small photos of indoor aquarium setups this book was next to useless. If you are a beginner, there are great videos for free on YouTube that will tell you more.

I started this book as a complete beginner to everything related to Aquaponics and finished it feeling competent enough to start my own system almost right away. I had read a few other resources before coming across this one, but "Aquaponic Gardening" has been by far the most useful and also the most enjoyable to read due to the smooth, conversational tone that the author uses to express the content. I don't plan on doing an overly-sophisticated set up, mine will be more of a hobbyist system, but I can definitely see how the advice applies to even the more complicated aquaponic gardens and I admire this book because it offers general information that both beginners and the more-advanced can learn from. I highly recommend it!
