I am an architect with over 13 years experience and I am pleased, no, ecstatic about this edition! I design a great deal of alternative building method houses and the new standards for timber frames, straw bale construction and passive solar design is a G-d send! Finally there is an edition that is well worth the price. Never lend this edition out because it will never return to you. Even the lay person will detect the differences in the ninth edition to this one. I can not imagine this tome improving on itself. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
