Bought one book for myself and one for my BFF. We read like a good book. Anything on Elvis is great and this one was really a fun read. *****

I gave this to my daughter for Christmas and she was thrilled. Being a loyal Elvis fan and a foodie she was excited to see that he liked some of the same types of food as she does. The book is now proudly displayed in her kitchen.

Great gift for Elvis fans, who especially like to cook some of his favorite foods. The book contains great photos and nostalgia of Elvis. I do wish that book as not so thin-it looks kind of sparse to me, compared to all the other cook books that I have.

I bought this for a friend's birthday. She loved it so much she could hardly wait to get off work and sit down with Elvis. It was such a hit that I purchased a second for another friend and she loved it also. These women are decades apart in age, but loved them equally. I would say as a gift you can't go wrong.

It was charming and something she'd never seen before. I am talking about a die-hard fan of the "King"! She loved it!

The title alone is worth the price of admission. These are actual recipes, lovingly compiled. Just reading them is enough to make you go on a diet. This is an inside look at King-style southern cooking
