    Wow! Manipulating the AIDS Hysteria for profit.

    This a book that will make you think! It scared the heck out of me. Although the story is fictional, it is so believable that I found myself laying the book down over and over to go do internet searches. I needed to know if the facts on which the story is built, are true. I'm satisfied that the author built the story on a solid framework of facts. One theme in the book had to do with the frequent, unchallenged false "positive" results of HIV tests -- and then those unfortunate HIV "positive" people being treated with a medicine that eventually killed them. That was scary! A number of years ago when I was single, I requested an HIV test, even though I have always been 100% heterosexual and have never used any recreational drugs. A lady I cared a lot about insisted on the test before we could get intimate. My test gave "proof" that I was HIV negative. We are now married for 15 years. This book makes the point that the HIV test has been unreliable from the beginning. My HIV test could easily have been one of those tens of thousands of false positives. I would have been unfairly branded for life. And, I would almost certainly be dead from the treatment with the drug AZT.

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

    THIS BOOK IS GREAT, ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE READ IN A LONG TIME. THE INFORMATION WAS CROSSED REFERENCE WITH THE INTERNET WHICH MADE THE READING MORE REALISTIC. THIS BOOK READY GIVES THE READER SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT

    A true eye-opener

    This book puts the validity of HIV tests under the bus. Using an easy to understand format, the author walks you through the utterly remarkable history of these tests and shows you the truth behind a million dollar industry that has intentionally blinded us all for years. Thank you for restoring my sight!

    Excellent. Makes you think it is true

    HIV is such a controversial issue. Seems ripped from today's headlines. Is it true or fiction? Basically it shows a reporter who has a very personal interest in the whole HIV controversy and the knowing sexual transmission of the disease.

    At least it was free...

    I don't know how I feel about this one. On one hand it really made me think. However to see that ending after reading almost 800 pages left me disappointed.
