I am not psychic By Haley DiPIetro Even though after reading

    I am not psychic
    By Haley DiPIetro

Even though after reading this book I realized I was not psychic, it still helped me to open me eyes to my surroundings.  This book is about a women named Dorothy and her experiences she faces with being psychic.  She talks about how when she was younger she had all these spirt friends that only she could see but she believed that everyone had their own friends too.  She talks about how when her uncle died she couldn't see him right away but at Christmas time she was able to see him and told everyone she could, but no one believed her.  Her parents finally took her to the doctor and they realized she had ESP where she could talk to the deceased.  Though the book it gives you techniques to see if you might be psychic as well. Personally I really liked this book and the stories she tells about her experiences being psychic and what she had to go through.  I didn't like the fact that the exercises were a little difficult to comprehend, you need to read it all first then do the activity.  Rather then reading and doing the activity at the same time. If you don't believe in God and have a different out take on religion then I recommend for you to not read this book because she was raised in a Catholic household.  If you don't believe in spirits I suggest you should read this book because it can really open your eyes in seeing everything that she went through and the connections she has with the deceased.  This book is an eye opener and teaches you a new way to look at life, with being more open to the feelings you get and your surroundings.
