Arianna Kelt and the Renegades of Time is the Sequel to the book Arianna Kelt and the Wizards of Skyhall. The first book was definetly a surprise. I hadn't expected it to be as humourous and action-packed, especially since it was written by a teenager. However it wasnt perfect and you could tell the author was new to writing. In this book however, you can see how he has grown as an author. I love that the author kept the humor and fast pace that I enjoyed from the first book while deepening the plot at the same time. Although the book is meant for kids I found that I enjoyed it too, and definetly reccomend this one of a kind book to anyone.

Both my daughter and I really enjoyed the first book in the series, Arianna Kelt and the Wizards of Skyhall. Like the first, its not entirely perfect, or as intricately detailed as Tolkien, but it is still a very engaging and enjoyable read. Written by a 14 year old author, Arianna Kelt and the Wizards of Skyhall told the story of a young girl who became a wizard after seeing one in the real world. This book, Arianna Kelt and the Renegades of Time, is the sequel to that book. While the plot is slightly darker, the book keeps the humor that so delighted my daughter and I while reading the first book. The plot was very engaging, full of action, and sure to entertain. The fighting was more evenly spread throughout the book, and served to add to the plot. Both my daughter and I enjoyed this book more than the first, but I definetly would reccomend both novels for young readers and even adults like me can enjoy the humor and action of the story.
