Meet the Author

Peter J. Evans was born in southern England and has been there ever since, although not entirely by choice. His first exposure to the Mythos was at college, when he saw a fellow student with a copy of the Call of Cthulhu roleplaying game and wanted to know how the title was pronounced. He is still waiting for a straight answer.

Evans wrote his first novel in 1999. Since then he has completed nine more that the world knows about, and an undisclosed number that must never see the light of day. During daylight hours he does something terribly complicated involving navigational radar, while at night he listens to Japanese pop songs and writes horror stories. He has heard of sleep, but only as an abstract concept.
