From the Publisher
"Jeanne Rose draws together here the culmination of twenty-five years of experience and research in the art and practice of aromatherapy. Her information is invaluable to those familiar with the subject as well as the layman. There is a rapidly growing interest in aromatherapy in this country, and Jeanne's book is certain to become the ultimate 'bible' in this field. I have incorporated aromatherapy into my entire line of cosmetic fragrances and am grateful to have a complete and accurate resource book at my fingertips."- Zia Wesley-Hosford

    MUST HAVE FOR BEGINNERS

This is an excellent books especially if you are barely learning aromatherapy. It tells you the oils you need for the specific problem you're treating that way you do not have to spend all that money buying oils that you do not need. It's almost like an aromatherapy dictionary. It is fun to read and very practical.

    Must Have Aromatherapy Primer

It was because of this book that I started my avid interest in aromatherapy which led me to taking advanced education with Ms. Rose and gaining my aromatherapy certification. You will not find alot of recipes in this book, but it is an excellent book for looking up particular essential oils, finding their properties, cautions etc. for both the beginner and advanced aromatherapy student. The aromatherapy reference charts and source chapter listed in the book are indispensable and there is even a Chakra and Color chart as well. It is direct, and written in layman's terms. I myself have 2 copies of the book because I wore out the first one!
