Children's LiteratureThroughout time, many events occurred that remain (to some extent) as unsolved mysteries: What happened to Amelia Earhart? How were they pyramids built? What happens in the Bermuda Triangle? What happened to the people in Roanoke Island when the entire colony was lost? Does Big Foot exist? While the answers to these questions are not given in this book, children will be taught about the stories and adventures as they solve the puzzles. This book of difficult mazes will take children through the trail to the Stonehenge, onto Easter Island to find the sculptures, on the water to find the Mary Celeste, into the Bermuda Triangle, to the top of Mt. Everest, and to the bottom of the ocean to find Atlantis. The colorful mazes are well-done, and children will learn about the world's mysteries while using their sense of logic to complete the mazes on each page. The solutions to the puzzles are found at the end of the book. 2003, Sterling Publishing Co, Ages 8 to 12.
