This book suddenly began to work on my nook hd plus and I'm now going to give it 4 stars. I originally gave it 1 star for not opening up. I'm only on chapter 6, but have learned a lot about changing the pitch of my voice. The best part about this book are the reading and speaking exercises at the end of chapter 5. I'm now looking forward to reading the rest of the book so that I can give more exciting presentations at work. I would have given it 5 stars because the content of the book deserves it, but ok cannot change the font size on this book (which is the primary reason I enjoy ebooks).

Too bad I can't give it zero stars. I even reset the Nook Color back to factory defaults as the 'help' desk supported, and the book still will not open.
