Meet the Author

As a daughter of an American Embassy employee, Jax Cassidy has met many people and collected a multitude of experiences that has helped shape her unique life. Her driven personality has led her to opportunities to work and reside in many local and international cities. Her writing often reflects the little details of her travels, giving that she has drawn from these places to give her stories a more authentic feel. She has been an active member of RWA since January 2005 and had many positions in her local chapter. She is a co-founder of RomanceDivas.com, an award winning romance writer's website. She has worked with the Romantic Times as public relations director representing the Mr. Romance contestants on the Oxygen Network's reality show. She currently works for a top ten architectural firm as project coordinator, in addition to owning her own graphic design boutique. \nActive in the Asian American community, Jax has been awarded the National Asian American Journalism Scholarship, as well as received numerous awards for her community involvement, creative writing and art.
