    If you're interested in being the best you can be, read this book.

    I've never known a person who could say the right thing, at the right time, every time. So, I truly believe that everyone can benefit from reading this book. It is full of very practical and useful advice. No fluff here. I think that everyone who reads this book will find at least a half dozen tips that will serve them, and their particular needs, exceptionally well. What more can you ask for in a book?

    Good for Gen Xers and wallflowers

    If you spend your spare time playing video games and your idea of communication is a good text message, you'll learn how to actually have a face-to-face conversation...even what to say and what not to say.
