    Worth a look.

This book covers a lot including diet, exercise, and medication information- definitely worth a look for anybody that suffers from arthritis. If you have back pain too, I recommend "The Multifidus Back Pain Solution" which has you do just one exercise three days a week- and proven to work in many controlled trials. I'm for any book that promotes exercise as its at least part of the treatment for most any musculoskeletal condition.
