Besides all that though, it really was just an excellent story...I always manage to get lost in her writing and I'm through the books before I even realize it. If you haven't checked her out yet then I think you should." --Kris, Cajun Book Lady

Truely a Mona Lisa in its own right.

I have read this book abouy 5 times. Each time I am remonded of the eloquenc thst Kailin Gow uses. She is truely an artist of words. I suggest you buy his book after reading the first one, The Rise of the Fire Tamer. You will get sucked into the wonderful new world that Gem has to go to. Filled with werewolves, princes, icy queens, and magic, The Ascension will leave you wishing that you could use ruler words.
