Asian Chill [Manteca]

Editorial Reviews

All Music Guide - David Jeffries
Asian and Asian-influenced would be totally honest, but this collection has a wider scope and better grasp of the Asian-music-meets-chill genre than other compilations. Badmarsh & Shri and Karsh Kale represent the new school while Nusrat Fateh Ali Kahn and Ravi Shankar give the collection its more traditional moments. Add good flow, great track selection, and a wicked Shabaz track and you've got a fine way to spend a tabla, sitar, and drum machine-filled afternoon.
