Meet the Author

Marjorie Hodgson Parker grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. She now lives with her husband, Joe, on the Parker Ranch near the Red River in North Texas. They have two grown daughters, Joanna and Sarah. An award-winning author, Marjorie has been widely published in newspapers, magazines and books.

Illustrations are by Austin’s Charles Shaw whose delightful art has graced works by J. Frank Dobie, James A. Michener, Philip Yancey and Shakespeare.

    why should you read this?

    This book is the best book I have ever read! It was so interesting with all the details in there. This book was also so suspending, adventerous and full of excitement. So what are you going to do sit there and read reviews or read this book.
