Astrology on the Job is completely different from any other astrological book you've tried to read. This one flows so easily you won't want to put it down. It is astrology in its finest form, full of answers about you and your fellow workers set in everyday language. It intrigues . . . from the cover all the way through.

Do you ever wonder why your co-worker can't seem to get organized when you have all of your files color-coded and in alphabetical order? Or why your style of delegation makes others scratch their heads in wonder? If so, then Reynolds, a professional astrologer for more than 20 years, will enlighten you. This book offers accurate, insightful descriptions of how people under each of the 12 sun signs behave on the job. In each chapter, the author covers one sign and the most appropriate learning style (based on the Gregorc model), intelligence (based on Howard Gardner's multiple intelligence theories), and learning environment of those under it. Readers will learn to locate co-workers and supervisors under a particular sign and to understand what motivates them. This is a great tool to help readers develop smooth-working relationships and possibly scale the company ladder. Endorsed by the American Federation of Astrologers, this fun and informative guide is recommended for all public libraries. Finally, a great, succinct read based on the Sun Signs at work! Makes one wonder why it took someone so long to write it...and write it well. Carolyn Reynolds who also wrote THE BOOK OF LOVERS ( a primer for discovering the truth about anyone ) did a great job here...lots of research, but it's short and to the point...a fun read. You'll recommend it to co-workers and friends.

I got this book with the hope that I could understand my boss. He doesn't have a lot of time to explain things and is always in a hurry. His office is a mess and I feel like we are the odd couple. After reading this, I have hope that I will survive our differences. I now know how to approach a Sagitttarius boss. Further, I understand how my differences can help us both get ahead. I loved this book. It was so entertaining. I am checking out everyone at work now.
