Clinical instructors will find this guide useful, as it provides valuable assistance. The author has over 20 years of experience teaching a variety of clinical strategies.
Features: This is a complete guide that successfully integrates educational competencies into clinical education by providing information within each competency along with scoring rubrics to document successful learning. The reference section is exceptional in design with useful charts and high quality illustrations. The only shortcoming is that an online instructor's companion was not available due to missing access codes.
Assessment: This user-friendly guide helps make the clinical learning experience more complete, standardized, and measurable. I found it a valuable tool as an instructor and it will be invaluable for athletic training students.
