This 120-day journal to record your daily intake of carbohydrates is so helpful. The contents include reasons for keeping a food journal, how to get started on the "new-you approach to weight loss", what to do before you begin any weight loss program, what the Atkins approach is all about, the three phases of the Atkins program, and even a shopping list to put together basic meals. The Atkins journal is broken down by weeks and each week section contains a place to record your net carb level, foods eaten at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as well as a place to record your daily water intake, supplements, and exercise. This journal is a definite "must have" to help keep track of your food intake and weight loss for the first three months. Keeping track of what you eat on a daily basis ensures that a new habit has been formed for a lifetime.

I find it ironic that more products from Atkins have been produced after his death than when he was alive. Doesn't it make you wonder who is behind all of this, other than the fact that they are just trying to make money off of his name?
Now to the good stuff. Here is what you are really looking for. Go on line and look up Mike Nash and his book Aggressive Health. He will explain why Dr. Atkins was partially correct. Mike's book tells it like it really is. If you apply what he says, you will loose weight faster, naturally than you ever thought possible. You will end up feeling like a teenager again. I certainly do! Also, go on line and get the book "The Body Ecology Diet" by Donna Gates. You can't get it through the book stores. You have to get it from her website. Again, read the book, look at the woman and see for yourself. Both she and Mike both walk the walk. Doesn't it make sense to get advice from someone who actually looks and is healthy. This information isn't mainstream, because mainstream doesn't want you to be healthy and that is the truth.
