Overview

ANABELLE BEASLEY can't seem to keep a grip on making her life normal.
Terrorized by the dead as a child, Ana grows out of what she blames on a wild childhood imagination and puts it all behind her as an adult.
After the tragic death of her parents and rising above a dark period in her life, Ana must strengthen the family bonds with her husband and daughter but a sinister phantom that walks out of her nightmare and into her daily life has Ana doubting her sanity.
Haden Hunter was once a 16th century Scottish Rebel soldier who takes his job as an enforcer of the spirit laws seriously. Just like any other call of duty, Haden must detain a negative spirit that torments a living soul for pleasure but once he relinquishes the menacing phantom, Haden finds that he is trapped in the physical world against his will and the only one to blame is the woman called Anabelle.
Haden needs answers and must find a way to communicate to Ana but her fear and ignorance has him breaking the sacred laws that he enforces.
Ana seeks aid to rid herself of the invisible tormentor and finds a Native American clairvoyant, Alo Mansi who has Ana digging up repressed childhood memories of the dead and accepting her own clairvoyant abilities so that she can bridge the communication gap between both worlds.
As Haden and Anabelle finally acknowledge each other, Ana's life becomes even more difficult as she reluctantly accepts what is destined to be and Haden realizes who he really is.
Anyone who enjoys paranormal romance will undeniably fall in love with the story of Haden and Anabelle. Like an emotional roller coaster ride, Attached will scare the reader, make them laugh, and perhaps even cry.

    phenominal story.

I havent cried while reading a book in a looong time. This one definitely has its tear jerking moments. My only negative criticism is the poor ediying. Errors in word usage were common, and grammar fell by the wayside in some chapters. But otherwise, the writing was intense.

    Half a star

It is very rare for me to start a book and not get to the end within a day or two, but I couldn't get past the first twenty pages. This is so poorly written that it was almost painful. I would give half a star if i could.

    Ugh

Wrote a long review that got deleted, so Ill just sum it up. This book is terrible. Its depressing, the plot is boring and drags out, the characters are dull and very choppily thought out. Male lead speaks with a strong accent with lots of old fashioned verbage, yet his thoughts reflect none of that. He giggles. Alot. Female lead is majorly depressing, totally weak. Ugh

    Too sad

Having lost my mother at age 11-- from the big "C" and having my dad bringing his girlfriend to the funeral --I can relate to this book. I'm still up in the air about this one. I am a quick reader this one seemed to take me forever--not good.
