Oh, what a day! I had just published New Mouse City's first phone book -- and almost every single number was wrong! My customers were out for my fur. So when Thea, Trap, and Benjamin asked me to join their quest for a legendary island covered in silver, I agreed. But no sooner had we set out than we were attacked by a ship of pirate cats! They mousenapped us and threatened to make us their dinner. Would we escape with our lives... or find ourselves in the soup?

I have a 5 year old learning to read and a 2 year old who likes to listen...these books are great for both. They have lots of engaging pictures and colors on every page, a little plot and mystery, and overall the kids just like them.

This is one of my so-so books in the series that I like less than the others.

My daughter is 8 and has just recently got the book craze thanks to these books. This series is her favorite right now and every night we have to read these books before she goes to bed. When we are in a book store, these are the books she buys and when she is at the school library, these are the books she takes out. Both her father and I find the books very enjoyable as well which is just a bonus. One of our favorite parts of the books is the way the write the words in all different fonts. Ella loves to read them how they are written which sometimes is really loud!! They are great books and I would recommend them to anyone.

This book was awesome! Geronimo and his cousin get captured by pirate cats who want to eat them for dinner. Even though I love Geronimo Stilton, I sort of liked the Black Bandit in this book. Pirates are just so cool. The part when the pirate cats were going to eat Geronimo was the scariest. The best part is when he finds the treasure! I like the way the book is printed with the words being different colors and styles. It has lots of pictures and maps too. It makes it easier for me to read it. I am going to read all fifty titles as they are translated from Italian to English!
