I always enjoy looking through the sale items and bargains at Barnes and Noble. After checking out new books and stationary items and possible gifts for family and friends--there it was! Attitudes of Gratitude jumped into my consciousness. This book was just what I needed. I had recently decided to be more aware of my thankfulness by journaling. This book is perfect and exactly what I needed, even though I didn't know I was looking for it!
