Struggling with the demands of modern living

This book combines some information from previously published books and adds some of its own. Very personal story of a spiritual seeker strugling with the demands of modern living, family, health, career, and finding working answers through spiritual technics, some of which are given in the book. Easy to read, hard to put down.

A sleeper! An incredibly fascinating read!!!

I have been a spiritual student and seeker for over 29 years and found this book an oasis of grand proportion. It is incredibly well written and the only comparable book I've read is Yogananda's Autobiography of a Yogi. It's hard to put it down. The book is very useful in the way it is writtten. His interpretations and insights into past lives, dreams and a common sense approach are refreshing. I especially liked the tips about the importance of journaling our dreams, the exercises and tips and sincerity behind what he shares. He writes about growing spiritually in a way most of us long to know. His honesty and love of God ring loud and clear in a nondogmatic way throughout the book. If you are looking for a way to grow further spiritually this is a book for you. It will stretch you in how you look at yourself, your responsibilities in life, your committment to spiritual growth and more. It's an eye opener worth reading for all us serious about spiritual growth. Sit down in your favorite reading chair and enjoy the best read of the year. A great book for the serious spiritual seeker.
